Given that the rest of the poster is in Italian, and is therefore intended towards Italian readers, I cannot understand why the heading is in English. Bonus points for the incorrect pronoun and triple points for the out-of-the-blue picture of a hamburger and fries. This was in a hospital waiting room and was about construction work.

Temporary Station? Why is this in English and what does it even mean exactly? Bonus points for the sign on the right, helpfully bilingual except for, randomly, ____, which was apparently too overwhelming to translate.
